Ian has dedicated his entire personal and professional life to physical fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. His dedication and commitment to fitness excellence led him to become an Olympian and Master Fitness Trainer.

For more than 12 years, he traveled the globe with the Canadian Olympic team, and worked with some of the top sports, fitness, health and wellness professionals in the world.
